About the Festival

CELEBRATING LIFE, ART AND COMMUNITY

A SUNFLOWER BLOOMS IN GARDINER

Conceptualized and coordinated by Gardiner resident, Liz Glover Wilson. Sponsored by Tuthill House at the Mill.

We welcome you to this live-art festival.

This festival is meant to celebrate life, art, music and community.

In memory of Liz's sister, Esther Sanzo - a poet and a police officer who loved the sunflowers in our region. Esther also loved her community, family and friends. She loved nature, animals and children. She loved music, food and a good cold beer. She embraced the individuality of all those around her.

So with the support of the local community, family, and friends - this festival is meant to bring people together for art, nature, music, food - a celebration of community and life!

Esther believed in protecting our littlest citizens most of all, so all proceeds from our raffle and sponsorships will go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Esther was five feet tall, loved poetry, animals and people.
She graced us with her beautiful smile and big heart. Forever we love her.
